HP Recommended

My internet provider changed my password to make it more "secure"  however in doing so it has knocked all of my devices off of the network.

 

I can not get my printer to now go online or print.  Is there a place to put in the password again - if so how.  I have spent hours on the computer.

Each device is taking me such a long time to get back on.  I am so tired.

Please help in an easy and non time consuming way.

To better assist you - May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

 

While you respond to that, please try these steps -  HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change
