HP Officejet Pro 9025.  How do you print compliment slips please?  Even under 'custom' on the size menu you can't put in the correct paper dimensions.

1.) What's the operating system installed on the computer? 

2.) What's the paper size and type? 

3.) Are you using a specific application to print?
