printing issue

HP Deskjet 3052A

My printer will copy but I can't get it to print from my laptop. Print jobs are in the que but they never print. I think it is a connectivity issue. I have a mobile Hotspot that is working fine. The wireless light on my printer is blinking blue.

What device are you using the printer with, a Windows computer, Mac, Android, or an iPhone?

 

Blinking blue light indicates that the printer is not connected to the network.
