problem with printer head

HP Recommended
hp officejet pro 6830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i am having problem with print head telling me that there is a problem with print head i tryed to clean the print head and that didnt work i even unpluged it from wall and the printer waited 60sec and still same problem i even bought a new print head is there any other way that i can fix all help will be greatful

If you have already performed the steps from the document  Error Indicates Faulty Printhead and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
