Hi!

My computer says that my printer is inactive, but prints fine from both my ipad and laptop.

Printer is connected to the wireless network.

I need to set this gateway up so I can sign up for my Instantink account, but the web access test results com back as "This printer is not currently configured with a network address" but the local wireless network connects fine.

Can anyone help me out?

Is your printer connected to a home network or public network?

What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?

 

meanwhile, Use HP Print and Scan Doctor

Download HP Print and Scan Doctor and run the program. It will automatically diagnose and fix any printer connectivity issues.
