"connected printing services" Message

HP Recommended
HP Envy 6055

Using app to set up printer. It appears to be stuck and I get this message "connected printing services" and nothing is happening.  Help!!!!

Uninstall and reinstall the HP Smart App and try again.

 

To which device are you connecting the Printer to?
