HP Officejet Pro 8620
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My web services were canceled somehow on a HP 8620. How do I restore web services. How come HP does not have any instructions on the subject.

Thank you community.

Kindly follow the steps mentioned in this HP document to enable web services on the printer.

Thanks for the reply. I am aware of the document you have referred to. I am aware of the printer setup issues but when I hit the ePrint icon the response says that the web services are disabled and it sends me to the person who setup the printer. I setup the printer and I have no answers to why the web services are disabled. Meanwhile I tried to reset the printer to factory settings and the printer could not reset. It attempted reset for 45 minutes and I finally switched it of. I'm afraid that there is not much to be done now. I'll probably try another brand.
