there is a problem with the printer or ink system is the error message i have. i have already completed every step i have found online to correct this and nothing is working. the printer was working fine until i turned it off due to storms in my area and then it wouldnt print in black. i took the ink out & the cartridge holder and wiped it down with a paper towel & now it gives me this error. i have already unplugged the unit and done a hp scan and it still gives me the error.

If you have tried the steps mentioned in this document and the issue persists, please contact our HP Support team for Service Options as it could be a possible hardware issue:

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/

2) Select your product type below.

3) Enter the serial of your device.

4) Select the country from the drop-down.

5) Select the appropriate option based on your preference.

6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
