Product: photosmart 7520
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Went to a new internet service, tried to hook the 7520 printer up to the internet.  It doesn't hook up due to the MAC address filtering maybe enabled on the wireless router.  Called the internet service and they said that they have no MAC address in their router software.  How do I get it entered?

@tx-sid, Welcome to HP Support Community!

 

I'd recommend you follow the steps from the document HP Printers - No Connection after Router or Wi-Fi Settings Change to isolate and resolbve the issue.

 

Also, use the guided troubleshooter Troubleshooting | Wireless Printing Center for instruction to isolate and resolve the issue.
