web service will not enable

hi. the web services will not enable on my printer. i hage tried all recommended settings.  it is a photosmart 552p

Hi,

Please make sure the latest printer updates are installed, you may follow the HP Firmware Update Utility from a Windows-connected PC:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/swdetails/hp-photosmart-5520-e-all-in-one-printer-s...

 

Once updating the firmware, check for any difference with the Web Services connection.

Have installed latest printer updates for my HP Laser Jet Pro 200 color MFP  M276nw including firmware update 20190401.

After connecting and signing in to HP Smart and opening HP web services tab  and then enable, it gives me internet connection error.  Also tried enabling web services from printer panel got message  

Access Denied

The servicer may be busy.

Retry later.  If the problem

continues check for firmware 

updates.

Also do not know if coincidence or not but printer worked fine printing from the cloud before the end of 2020 when Google cloud stopped working.  Also worked fine before HP smart updated and now requires claim code which I can not get off printer because of aforementioned problem
