Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode
Hello. I have a new HP Envy 5032. I have installed the app and managed to connect the printer to my wireless network. I am able to print from my lap top and phone. I wanted to sign up to the HP instant ink but it wont allow me as the printer is not connected to web services. I printed the HP network configuration page and it says internet not connected but is connected to wireless. How do I do this? I have read and tried accessing the embedded web server and followed instructions from other threads but none of them work. What am I doing wrong? I am a computer novice so I am struggling!

Hi @Sam1983

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the connectivity issue.

Please try these steps -

Step 1 Network Restore -

1. From the Home screen, touch (Wireless) and then touch ( Settings ).

2. Touch Restore Network Settings, and then follow the onscreen instructions.

Step 2 Reboot the devices -

1. Turn off the Router, Printer, and the computer.

2. Wait for 60 seconds.

3. Turn on the Router first and wait for all the lights to stabilize.

4. Turn on the printer and allow it to configure itself.

5. Turn on the computer.

Step 3 Run Wireless Wizard -

1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch ( Wireless ).

2. Touch ( Settings ).

3. Touch Wireless Setup Wizard or Wi-Fi Protected Setup.

4. Follow the display instructions to complete the setup.
