Hi, I recently changed my router, since then my printer doesn't want to connect to my wifi network..

I installed the latest driver, I tryed connecting the printer to my pc through usb cable, following the transition procedure but everytime it says that the WPA password is wrong. I connected many devices to my new wifi network without any problem and I'm sure I'm entering the right passcode when I'm trying to connect my printer. Any idea?

My wifi is dual band but I'm connecting the printer to the 2.4 G network, I tried even downloading the official HP troubleshooting software but after following the suggested steps I didn't get any result.

thanks in advance!

Welcome to HP Support Forum. Please use the following instructions to fix:

Please also note: Your printer may only support 2.4GHz therefore you need to check and allow your router to broadcast both (dual) bands which are 2.4GHz and 5.0GHz.

Regards.
