Hi I converted a word document into a PDF. Therefore the paper size is dictated by the A4 word document.

The image fills the page but when I print it its comes out as an A5 image at the top of the page.

Any ideas why it is doing this?

Hi @SHELLIE7869

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you

Due to the current global COVID-19 situation, we're seeing an influx of customers coming in for support. We appreciate your patience.

Make sure the right paper size and type is selected when printing

  1. ap a Print tile to print from your device, social media account, or cloud storage, or tap the icons along the bottom of the screen.

Print tiles in the HP Smart app

  2. If printing from an online account, follow any on-screen prompts to sign in.

  3. Find a photo or document.

  4. Tap Print or the Printer icon .

Change printer preferences: Tap your printer icon to change printer preferences, view printer information and reports, and more.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
