I recently noticed new users are gathering in the HP Cafe section of the Forum, and posting off-topic device questions there.
This may be due to the locking of the "Get Started Here" thread.
I composed a "Read this first" type of post, and when I came to a suggestion as how to read the list of Forum Sections (so the user could choose a proper place to post their device question) I realized there is no easily identifiable way to navigate to "Home" in order to read the list of Forum sections.
The directory link to "HP Forum Home" is tiny, barely perceptible to experienced users. So is the "Discussion Boards" link.
I'd like to suggest a large, easily recognized "Home" button, or "Forum List" button that new users will recognize.

This is one of the areas we have been struggling with for some time. We have been testing out a few other things. We are looking at a few other elements that play into this discussion.
In the meantime, I will pass this over to our experience lead.
Thanks for posting the info on that board.

Thanks for responding, Teresa!
I'd suggest making the existing large text "HP Support Forums" (above "Join in the conversation") into the same live link as the tiny "HP Support Forum Home" link.
