I used to be able to log straight into my account and work from there but its just not visible any more. Have HP abandoned us for another self-help forum?

 

An what if I want to track the order for a new computer that I submitted today? I've had no confirmation and cannot find it on the site. Should I therefore assume that the order has failed???

Are you having trouble logging into your forum account or the account you placed the order in?
