Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

При работе с приложениями zoom и skape не работает система звука, очень хорошо слышно и видно собеседников, но нет доступа к моему личному микрофону, поэтому они меня не слышать, устранить эту проблему вручную не получается, подскажите пожалуйста в чем причина неполадок со звуком.
