Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, however, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Did this happen after a recent window or software update?
  • Did you make any changes to the settings of your PC prior to the issue?
  • When was the last time it worked fine?
  • What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03754824

Keep me posted for further assistance.

No, it was my fault.

It worked normally, then it stopped running with the error "can not turn (the name of the service three English letters) " I decided to reinstall it, deleted and where the download did not find.

Worked normally for over a month ago.

Thank you for posting back.

Use the following steps to uninstall and then reinstall the driver:

  1. In Windows, search for and open Device Manager.
  2. Double-click Sound, video and game controllers.
  3. Right-click the sound device and select Uninstall.
  4. Restart the computer to reinstall the driver.
  5. Test for sound. If the audio problem persists after reinstalling the driver, continue to the next step.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
