HP Recommended
Product: hp probook 450G8
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

we have brought 4 hp probook 450 G8 laptop with i5 processor, it has problem when plug in 3.5mm headset or hands free  and play music or video both probook speaker and 3.5mm headset or hands free give sound same time also it is not listed as play back device try the solution provide in https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Notebook-Audio/Loss-Realtek-HP-audio-control/m-p/7158979#M101400  

 

but driver which mention to download give error,   the diver is not support on this os version  10.0.19042

 

need all of you guys helps
