850 G4 no audio

I have the red X through my audio icon in the taskbar

I have installed SP81512 from HP site and it still doesn't work.  I have the latest BIOS installed 1.08

I even tried installing the 850 G3 driver SP82248

What else can I do to get this working?

Save this file to your desktop. "Do not run it yet"

Go to Device Manager and uninstall the Audio Device.

If it asks do you want to remove the drivers click on YES.

Shutdown and reboot.

When you get to your desktop run sp81512.

Did not resolve problem.  Device manager confilct in picture.  (Found in "System Devices")

What's really strange Device Manager shows no "Sound, video and game controllers" section

1. Please post the Hardware ID of the Smart Sound.

I installed SP78786. It said that it repaired 4 different things - I restarted and still no audio.
