Product: Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r1000 (9L8M2AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Microphone doesn't work. I tried both reinstalling the Realtek driver and connecting a mic to the laptop (fifine am8). I think it is a driver issue but I'm not sure.

Hi @oshee 

 

go to the device manager, then click on Sound, video and game controllers, uninstall the Realtek driver, it will ask if you want to remove the software, check the box, accept and then restart the device, then install the next sound driver.
