Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am struggling to find connectivity solutions for Bluetooth A2DP devices. I am trying to pair Sony MX1000 earbuds to the laptop so I can use it wirelessly for Teams calls etc.

 

Having searched till my brain hurts, can anyone advise if it is possible or should I just stop trying? I can't even see if the Intel BT device supports A2DP for sure but I'm leaning towards no. Notebook is new June 2020.

And I've used the HP Virtual Assistant but that took me nowhere either. All devices working and all software is up to date.
