HP ENVY 360X

I bought my laptop only a little over a month ago and was frustrated to find out there was an issue with my audio. With having to do schooling online, I need a reliable computer to use. But unfortunately, after being on a zoom call for less than 2 hours, my audio begins having issues. A static noise begins, and the computer says there is an issue with the microphone and speakers. I have to fully shut my computer off in the middle of class then turn it back on for the issue to stop. When I go into the HP assistant option on the computer, diagnostic tests occur, just for them to come back saying there is no issue. Then, the same issue occurs the next time I use a video chat. I am very frustrated after being told this is a high quality computer. Please help me resolve this issue.

There are many HP ENVY 360X models/products around, what is yours ?  Please use the following way to find out model/product of your machine
