Stream
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought an HP Stream for my mother. Because it doesn't have an internal optical drive, she rarely plays music on it, so I'm not certain that this issue just started or how long it's been going on. Every single music file she plays in iTunes (her only media program) there is suddenly a female British voice playing over the files, "AVS Media Demo," every 30 seconds or so. She does not have AVS, she has no idea what she would do with it if she did. I have the same OS, same version of iTunes, much of the same music (she uses my iTunes login) and I've never had this issue. I cannot find anywhere online how to get rid of it shy of purchasing software, and those are from 2010.
