Product: HP Spectre x360 - 15-df1033dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I checked all the connections and they seem to be connected. 

One thing I did discover in trying to troubleshoot this is I connected to a Bluetooth speaker and sound played through the Bluetooth speaker.  It just won't come through the laptop speakers.

The speaker icon has a X through it. Windows says no output or input device found.

I couldn't find anything in the Bios that says anything about sound.
