Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I had a System Update and after that whenever I play any music or watch movie Audio Plays from both places (Laptop Speakers and Earphones). In Device Manager it shows Intel(R) Smart Sound Technology (Intel(R) SST) OED drivers missing, if I try to update it gives message says latest drivers are installed. This creates lot of issue, please help me to solve this error.

Please download and perform a CLEAN install the following Realtek Audio software

 

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp97001-97500/sp97080.exe

 

It does not work, you have to use older version

 

     https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88001-88500/sp88218.exe

I uninstalled the Realtek Audio software and performed a CLEAN installation but unfortunately this did not solve my issue. I am not sure but, I think there is some issue with one of the driver Intel(R) Smart Sound Technology (Intel(R) SST) OED as this still has an alert symbol with it. Please see the attached image.
