Product: HP Pavilion Gaming Laptop 16-a0xxx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, today I turned on the pc and I did not go headphones I disconnect and do not even go the speakers of the pc / microphone ... I tried to update the drivers but nothing.. I tried to re-install windows keeping the files but nothing.. I don't know what else to do.. on the Device Manager it shows me error 10 on the Intel(R) Smart Sound Technology Audio Controller driver .. What can I do??

Still too early to install Windows 11 now. You still have time to go back to Windows 10 using Windows.old. Please use the following methods

 

           https://www.easeus.com/data-recovery/restore-files-from-windows-old-folder.html
