Hi, recently once I plug in my earphone, very often I can hear random background noise. The noise exists even when no voice app or website is open. I tried clean boot and it still there. So I guess it's not a problem background process. It looks like that sound is from a radio. I searched online, indeed sometimes the laptop may behavior like a radio receiver when something goes wrong. I tried many earphones and tried them on other equipment and they always work well. So I guess it's something wrong with my laptop side.

One important symptom is that no matter my earphone is fully inserted or just touches the voice port, the background noise occurs. It only stops when my earphone is fully detached from the laptop.

Anyone can help me with that?

Appreciate it!
