Just purchased Pavillion x360. System ran several Windows updates to bring it current. The B & O app appears in my list of Apps, but when I go to HP Audio Switch, and click on Internal Speakers, I do not see the B & O audio control option. When I check audio settings, it lists it, and shows it has permission to run in the background. How do I gain access to the app? Sorry if I failed to include any necessary information.

I don't. Under Hidden Icons, I have the HP Audio Switch icon, along with Bluetooth, and Meet Now.
What is the name of that icon in the screen shot? Maybe I can search for it. Thank you for your response,

It simply is B&O icon (letter B and letter O). Now what is your machine ? Please use the following way to find out the model/product of your machine

Please do NOT post its Serial number (s/n).
Regards.

Your machine is an HP Pavilion x360 Laptop - 14-dh2075cl, its specs

You are saying you can see "The B & O app appears in my list of Apps". Why you have to go to HP Audio Switch ? Have you tried B&O app directly ?
Regards.

Phew, before I couldn't find a way to open it. When I used the search bar it took me to App settings, and I couldn't figure out how to open it. I finally managed to pin it to the start menu and then it opened just fine. Listening to it now! Thank you so much. I've been primarily using a Chromebook for 5 years with limited Windows 10 use.
Still trying to delete the bloatware (Bing, I'm looking at you!) but will leave that for another day.
Happy Holidays!
