When I attempt to connect my Bluetooth headphones to my device, they automatically pair with my laptop but are not discoverable at all when I try to pair with the device manually. When they pair automatically, it is only the voice that pairs, but the sound is still coming from my speakers rather than the earbuds. Even if I disconnect the headphones once automatically paired, I cannot discover them to re-pair. I have attempted to update drivers and haveen through all my settings and I cannot make my headphones discoverable and I cannot make the sound play into my earbuds.

You have to manual set up the first time. You still have to Connect even it already paired.
Regards.

I do select connect and the sound still comes from the speaker rather than my headphones. The headphones do not show up when changing the audio output and when I manually try to pair by adding a device, they do not show up.

In my case, it automatically uses Headphones
Please try
- Reínstall Audio driver from: https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-spectre-x360-convertible-laptop-pc-15-eb1000/356...
- Reinstall software/driver of your headphones using software/driver from vendor.
Regards.

I do in fact understand how to get to the sound settings and select my paired device. The issue, as I've stated, is the device does not show up, despite automatically pairing with my laptop. The only thing I can connect to is voice, and the device is not discoverable when attempting to pair manually. I will try to reinstall the driver as you've suggested.
