Hello Guys,

 
I I have an audio issue with my laptop that has been a continuous rushing noise when I use the speakers.
 
Now a supports person tried to reinstall the windows and failed to install back.
 
They told me to send the laptop back to hp support and which could take 10 to 15 business days to resolve. And they are refusing to give me a loaner laptop what am I supposed to do for this 15 days without a laptop?
What do I do in this case
