OMEN Laptop - 15-en0023dx
Microsoft Windows 11

Hi

I have an Omen 15 laptop and sometimes the audio will become crackly when listening through the speakers. If I plug headphones in, the audio will sound fine through the headphones (it has never happened through headphones), and when I unplug the headphones the speaker audio will sound fine again. Usually, it won't take long for it to start crackling again though.  I've taken a short video of a podcast (just shows the keyboard) where you can hear the garbled audio in the beginning. Then I plug in headphones for a few seconds and unplug them so you can hear it return to normal.  It doesn't seem to matter where the audio is coming from (browser or spotify are the most common)  I've updated everything I can think to update through every method I know how. Any ideas on a specific thing to try?

I don't recall when it began. I have now done a factory restore, then installed Windows 11 again, and updated all drivers and it seems to have resolved the issue for now.
