HP ENVY x360 Convertible 13-ag002na // 3ZT30EA#ABU
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I've had my x360 for a few months now and I've only just started getting an issue where when any audio from any application starts or stops, there is a sort of popping or crackling noise. I've gone through the Support Assistant, tried updating drivers, running Windows Sound Diagnostics and more to no avail.

I'm hoping that you'll be able to help me!

Thank you.

EDIT - 18/06 2318 HRS

Popping/crackling noise is now continuing throughout audio, rather than just at the start and end,

@BlazingFlames

Is it an HP 13-ag0002na ? If yes, please download and do a clean install of the following Realtek High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver :

Thank you for your reply, @Banhein

I did indeed mean the 13-ag0002na and I have completed a clean install of the audio driver. The popping/crackling during the audio seems to have been eliminated but unfortunately it is still present when any audio starts or ends.

Thank you.

Disregard my last, the audio crackling/popping during the video was just a fix by the restart. It continues to crack/pop at the start of, during and at the end of audio despite doing a clean install of the driver.
