I've had these problems since first buying my laptop (new) and want to get them sorted before the warranty runs out because I've tried a lot of solutions so far. I have used the HP assistant to guide me through the available solutions and so far, nothing has worked. Of course, there is likely something I have missed.

1) I get a loud crackling noise through my speakers or headphones when I am on Zoom calls or when I use a Digital Audio Workspace. I get this loud noise when the laptop is using a decent amount of memory, but not loads. I've experienced this problem with the laptops inbuilt audio software and external (ASIO) audio.

2) I also have a problem with my WiFi connections. Occasionally the laptop will not connect at all to the WiFi although it is ready and available (and working on my phone). It seems to be quite random, and doesn't seem to be affected by the drivers.
