My laptop was updated to Windows 11 in January 2022. Since then I did not have any online meeting that required me to use Microsoft teams/Zoom etc, until recently. And I found out my laptop's microphone is not able to receive sound input regardless of using Microsoft teams/Zoom/Whatsapp. However, if I plug in AirPods or earphones, it works, the microphone is able to receive sound input. Two days ago, I connected to a Hp Whatsapp agent and we run some tests, the test results are as shown below. He informed me that it is due to Windows 11 updates and currently no audio driver available for Windows 11.  May I know are there any ways that I can solve this issue, other than converting back to Windows 10?
