Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I connect my laptop to TV through HDMI connection, the video works good but the audio does not work in the tv. The laptop has the last version of drivers updated and just have the "Speaker Realtek(R) Audio)" when is connect. This problem appear when I am connect through meeting apps as zoom and my headphones as well, people can hear me through my microphone but I just can hear them from the computer. It is weird cos I can hear youtube music through my headphones.

Tv works in other computers with hdmi connection normally.

@yonyroa

I reviewed your post and I understand that you are not getting audio from the TV when connected through the HDMI cable.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What options do you get when you click on the speaker icon on the bottom right of your computer? (When connected to TV)

Meanwhile, I recommend you update the BIOS, graphics driver, and audio driver from the below link and check if it helps.

BIOS: https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp110501-111000/sp110841.exe

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
