I have been having audio issues for about a month not, everytime I use the support assistant to check and fix my audio drivers it fixes them for about 5 minutes then my audio stops again. It prompts me to reset my computer to fix the drivers too, and when i do that, the audio issues come back.

Please perform a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.
(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp132501-133000/sp132944.exe
(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.
