Audio not working in dualbooted pop os

Hi..i have an hp pavilion x360 i have done dual boot pop os alongside with windows ....

I have  problems with audio in linux os ....interna l speaker doesn't sound, while connected Bluetooth headset works fine

Please help me ....

Thank you for posting back. 

As its a dual boot we won't be able to troubleshoot this issue. However, if you can re-install only windows OS then we can perform troubleshooting steps in order to isolate the failure. 

If its a hardware related issue with the internal speaker then your computer needs to be serviced.
