HP Remanufacture 14-df0023cl Laptop 14"
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My built in audio is not working - problem started after the laptop suddenly restarted due to an error this morning

Windows troubleshooter and hp troubleshooter can't resolve the issue, the internal speakers don't show up in settings, and the soundcard isn't listed on the device manager.

All my updates are current, and I've restarted several times.

My laptop is only a couple of months old.

Would really appreciate any help!

Found the solution! Clicked 'show hidden devices' in device manager, found the sound section, and deleted all drivers, then restarted the computer.
