I can't find a way to make my laptop recognize its own speakers nor the headphones I plugged in. When I open Sounds -> Playback, the only device it shows is NVIDIA High Definition Audio. The same with Device Manager. I tried reinstalling my windows, updating the NVIDIA HDA, deleting it. I need help

My guess is that the problem comes from Multimedia Audio Controller which is not updated, but where can I find the drivers for that? Also, my touchpad is not working either, any idea why? Any help would be much appreciated! Thank you very much!

Updating the BIOS is recommended as standard maintenance of the computer. It can also help resolve the following issues:

      • An available BIOS update resolves a specific issue or improves computer performance.
      • The current BIOS does not support a hardware component or a Windows upgrade.
      • HP Support recommends installing a specific BIOS update.

Update: I have again entered hp's website and searched for driver updates, this time for Windows 11. It was not showing anything when I had windows 10 and searched for driver updates. This time, it showed a lot of them, I installed them all and now both the touch pad and speakers are working! Thank you very much for your help sir!
