Product: HP Elite Dragonfly G2 Notebook PC (25W59AV)

Suddenly I have no sound anymore using my laptop to phone out. Same problem as last time, then I needed a helpdesk support to change it. In audio it gives me choose where you want to play the sound. And under it 
 Een nieuw uitvoerapparaat koppelen. Seems it doesn't find my laptop. Can I get help please.
