HP Notebook - 15-ay019tu
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have tried everything Google has to offer. This is my last ditch effort before I have to shell cash, Please help!

The Audio playback stopped working out of the blue.

I uninstalled the Realtek drive and reinstalled in. Restarted Windows Audio and Windows Audio End Point Builder services and both are running however troubleshoot says the following :

Restart audio services
Completed
Both the Windows Audio and the Windows Audio End Point Builder services must be running for audio to work correctly. At least one of these services isn't responding.

@PriyankaFiles,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I recommend you perform a system restore back to the date when the audio was working fine.

Follow the steps in the below article to perform a system restore.

Let me know how it goes and you have a great day!
