Product: Envy x360

The audio on my computer just randomly stopped working. Nothing was changed, no applications were added, no new websites I went on, and I checked the audio settings on my computer and it said audio was on 100% and I also turned it up all the way and attempted to watch a youtube video just to test if the audio was working and it came up with an error message saying I couldn't watch the video because of sound complications. (this was after I restarted the whole computer multiple times)
