Product: Envy dv6 notebook pc
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Audio failure with my Envy dv6 notebook.  Have worked through many diagnostics from both HP and Microsoft to no avail.  Most diagnostics (and fixes) show no problems.  Have received Failure ID: m08g5g-6j79m3-qfpjw1-20ex03

The failure ID indicates an issue with the audio module. Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your computer.
