Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I am having issues with my audio. When I play audio, the sound effect is good with a balanced stereo effect, but after 10s it switches automatically to the mono effect or I can say only the right speaker works. The left speaker remains muted, it never reverts and only the right side speaker is active. Tried updating the audio driver, installed windows updates, restarted, but still the issue exists. Can I get some help?
