Hi:

 

The B & O Audio software is installed by the Realtek audio driver on your notebook's support page.

 

Install the latest audio driver for W10 or W11 (as applicable) from your notebook's support page.

 

HP Pavilion Gaming - 15-ec1021ax Software and Driver Downloads | HP® Customer Support

 

After the driver has installed, restart the PC.

 

That would be the only suggestion I can offer, because the software cannot be downloaded separately from any other source.
