I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to know how to install the B&O control app.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

The B&O control app is part of the audio driver. I recommend you download and install the audio driver from the below link and check.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp95501-96000/sp95630.exe
