Dear All,

 

I have upgraded my HP Pavilion 15-CS0033TX with Samsung 860 EVO M.2 SSD, and installed Windows 10 from USB drive to which I installed windows installation media. After I successfully installed Windows 10 on an SSD drive, I couldn't find B&O Play Audio Control software which I had in my HDD before I reinstalled Windows. I am using latest windows os version 1809, and tried to check windows updates many times in case if B&O software will appear to download, but it didn't happen.

 

How can I install this software back to my laptop?

That probably due to Windows updates. Re-install driver should help. Please try

(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,

    https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp92501-93000/sp92613.exe

(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.

I have followed your steps and nothing happened. B&O software wasn't installed.
