From many days I have noticed that B&O drivers and settings are missing.. when I tried to donwload from drivers then it downloads realtek audio drivers...

my laptop was pre installed with b&O so I want is back..

I have already tried this. It downloads REALTEK DRIVERS only not B&O which was pre-installed.

it is not installing... only cmd window comes then suddenly it disappears and further no installation happens..
