HP Recommended
Product: HP Pavilion Laptop 14-bf0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had a new mainboard installed in my laptop by insurance company (coffee issue!).

When the PC was returned I got an error saying that "conexant audio device could not be found. The application will now exit".

I called the people that repaired the laptop and they recommended that I uninstalled the B&0 programs, and then talked me through reinstalling the audio drivers. When I did that it errors saying that I am on an incompatible version of windows.

They will not help further.

The audio seems to work fine, but when I click on the B&O play audio control button, nothing happens.

I would appreciate some help please to recover!?
