i had audio problem so i reinstalled 1803 audio driver (latest drviver for my laptop by hp) after thet i never had audio problem it works every time but now i just saw that b&o is not working . some one help

I recommend you uninstall the audio driver from device manager and then download and install it from the below link and check if it helps.

 

https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp88001-88500/sp88075.exe

 

Here is how you can uninstall the audio driver:

  1. Start Control Panel, click Hardware and Sound, and then click Device Manager.
  2. Expand the node that represents the type of device that you want to uninstall, right-click the device entry, and click Uninstall.
  3. On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK to start the uninstall process.
  4. When the uninstall process is complete, remove the device.

NOTE: On the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click the Delete the driver software for this device option to delete the driver package that was used for the device.

 

If you continue facing the issue, then update the chipset driver from the below link and check.

i downloaded and installed this driver and over wrote files as i dont know how to un install the driver 

b&o does work 

but the audio isnt

i have to restart to get audio working

Please follow the below steps and check if it helps.

  1. Open Start.
  2. Search for Device Manager, click the top result to open the experience.
  3. Expand the category with the hardware you want to update.
  4. Right-click the device, and select Update Driver.
  5. Click the Search automatically for updated driver software option.
